卷烟品质及安全性是烟草行业关注的热点,木质素是烟草细胞壁的主要生物大分子物质之一,参与卷烟的热裂解,形成包括CO、苯酚、多环芳烃等小分子化合物,对卷烟的品质及安全性有重要影响。本文从烟草木质素的结构、检测方法、含量的影响因素、对卷烟品质与安全性的影响及其调控与降解等方面的研究现状进行了概述,表明烟草木质素是G-S型木质素,其含量与地域、品种及部位相关;木质素与卷烟的感官质量及安全性密切相关;基因工程可以从源头调控烟草木质素的含量,木质素的降解主要有酶法、微生物法及化学法。概述旨在为卷烟及造纸法再造烟叶的开发提供参考。
Cigarette quality and safety are the focus of attention in the tobacco industry. Lignin is one of the major biological macromolecules in the cell wall of tobacco, and is involved in the thermal cracking of cigarettes to form small molecule compounds including CO, phenol and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The quality of cigarettes And safety has a significant impact. This paper summarized the research status of tobacco lignin from the aspects of structure, testing methods, influencing factors of content, quality and safety of cigarettes, regulation and degradation of tobacco lignin, etc. The results showed that tobacco lignin is GS type lignin, It is closely related to the organoleptic quality and safety of cigarettes. Genetic engineering can regulate tobacco lignin content from the source. The degradation of lignin includes enzymatic, microbial and chemical methods. The overview aims to provide a reference for the development of tobacco and papermaking to reconstruct tobacco.
