针对当前摩擦磨损测试系统软件通用化程度低的问题,介绍了力控组态软件在该领域的应用.在分析多功能摩擦磨损试验机硬件组成的基础上,重点阐述了系统的软件实现,通过对I/O设备的配置,以及对数据采集点的组态,使测试软件与硬件设备无缝结合,实现了上位工控机对摩擦磨损试验机的实时监测与控制,开发了一个界面直观、功能齐全的智能化测试系统.“,”Aimed at the poor universal property of current friction-and-wear testing software, an application of ForceControl configuration in this field was introduced. Based on analyzing the composition of tribometer,how to actualize the functions by software was mainly described,and through setting I/O equipments and configuration of the data gathering points,test software combined with the hardware was made closely. The monitoring and controlling from the upper computer to the tribometer was actualized and an intelligent testing system with a clear interface and complete functions was developed.
