目的研究盐硫酸氨基葡萄糖对佐剂性关节炎大鼠镇痛血液IL-6表达的影响,以探讨硫酸氨基葡萄糖在临床对类风湿关节炎的治疗作用及机制。方法30只SD大鼠分为三组。阳性对照组:通过给大鼠左后足跖部皮下注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)建立类风湿性关节炎的动物模型(AA);治疗组:左后足跖部皮下注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)后第2d开始每日灌胃剂量2ml生理盐水含硫酸氨基葡萄糖100mg/kg连续28d;阴性对照组:左足跖部皮下注射0.1ml生理盐水。阴性对照组与阳性对照组每日灌胃2ml生理盐水。于造模后10d、12d、15d、17d、19d、21d、28d检测大鼠右足热痛阈。28d后处死大鼠检测血液IL-6表达情况。结果与模型组相比,治疗组大鼠右足热痛阈升高,血液IL-6表达降低。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖对类风湿性关节炎的治疗具有一定的作用,其机制可能与降低IL-6等炎性因子有关。
Objective To study the effect of glucosamine sulphate sulfate on the analgesia blood IL-6 expression in adjuvant arthritis rats to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of glucosamine sulphate in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Thirty SD rats were divided into three groups. Positive control group: The animal model (AA) of rheumatoid arthritis was established by subcutaneous injection of complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) to the left hind paw of rat. The treatment group: (CFA) 2d after the start of the daily dose of 2ml of saline containing glucosamine sulfate 100mg / kg for 28d; negative control group: left foot plantar subcutaneous injection of 0.1ml saline. Negative control group and positive control group were intragastrically administered 2ml of normal saline. The heat pain threshold of right foot was detected at 10d, 12d, 15d, 17d, 19d, 21d and 28d after model establishment. After 28 days, the rats were sacrificed to detect the expression of IL-6 in blood. Results Compared with model group, the pain threshold of right foot in treatment group increased and the expression of IL-6 in blood decreased. Conclusion Glucosamine Sulfate has a certain effect on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6.
