去年11月1日起,商务部和国家发改委联合发布的《餐饮业经营管理办法(试行)》开始施行。《办法》规定,禁止餐饮经营者设置最低消费。餐饮经营者开展促销活动的,应当明示促销内容,包括促销原因、促销方式、促销规则、促销期限、促销商品的范围,以及相关限制性条件。促销活动期间,餐饮经营者不得故意拖延提供相关商品或服务,不得以任何形式降低商品质量或服务水平。
November 1 last year, the Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued “Catering business management practices (Trial)” came into effect. The Measures stipulate that catering operators should be prohibited from setting minimum consumption. Catering operators to carry out promotional activities, should be clearly promotional content, including promotional reasons, promotion methods, promotion rules, promotion deadlines, the scope of promotional products, as well as the relevant restrictions. During the promotion, catering operators shall not deliberately delay the provision of related goods or services, and shall not in any way reduce the quality of goods or services.
