①目的探讨TIMP-1在喉癌中的表达及其临床意义。②方法应用流式细胞术检测50例原发喉癌患者新鲜手术切除癌组织及50例相应癌旁组织(距肿瘤边缘0.5cm)与16例非喉部疾病患者的正常喉黏膜组织的TIMP-1的表达。③结果TIMP-1的表达量及阳性表达率在喉癌组织中明显低于癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织,差异均具有统计学意义;癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织间的表达差异无统计学意义;临床Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组明显低于临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组。TIMP-1在不同性别、年龄中的表达量和阳性表达率均差异无统计学意义。④结论TIMP-1在喉癌组织、癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织中均有表达,在喉癌组织中的定量及定性表达均明显低于癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织,癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织的表达无差别。这种差异与临床分期有关,但其表达与患者年龄及性别无关。
Objective To investigate the expression of TIMP-1 in laryngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of TIMP-1 in 50 cases of primary laryngeal cancer patients with freshly resected cancer tissues and 50 cases of corresponding adjacent tissues (0.5cm from the tumor margin) and 16 cases of non-laryngeal diseases. 1 expression. Results The expression of TIMP-1 and the positive expression rate in laryngeal carcinoma were significantly lower than those in paracancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues, the differences were statistically significant. TIMP-1 in different gender, age, expression and positive rates were no significant difference. ④Conclusion TIMP-1 is expressed in laryngeal carcinoma tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues. The quantitative and qualitative expression of TIMP-1 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues is significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues, paracancerous tissues and Normal laryngeal mucosal tissue expression no difference. This difference is related to clinical stage, but its expression has nothing to do with the patient’s age and gender.
