患者,男,77岁。2005年4月12日因冠心病人院。入院后查心电图V4-V6ST段压低,给予硝酸甘油0．5 mg舌下含化无效,给予静脉滴注葛根素葡萄糖注射液250 ml(商品名:戈荣,江西东亚药业有限公司,批号2005011331)静滴30 min患者突发寒颤,体温升高至39．3℃,即刻停止输注,并更换输液管及0．9％氯化钠注射液250 ml,静滴地塞米松5 mg,异丙嗪25 mg,im,吸氧,保暖,及对症处理,2 h后病人寒颤停止,体温逐渐恢复正常,自述无不适感,改用鲁南欣康20 mg静滴,4月30日病情好转出院。
