目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 -9(MMP -9)与基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂 -1(TIMP -1)在大肠癌中的表达及其与血管生成 ,侵袭转移之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法 ,检测 46例大肠癌组织中MMP -9,TIMP -1的表达和微血管密度之间的关系。结果 MMP -9的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、Dukes分期及淋巴结转移明显相关 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;TIMP -1的表达与Dukes分期、淋巴结转移明显相关 ( P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;MMP -9表达阳性的大肠癌组织微血管密度 (MVD)值明显高于表达阴性者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 MMP -9、TIMP -1的表达和微血管生成与大肠癌侵袭转移密切相关
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 46 cases of colorectal carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The expression of MMP-9 was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05 or P <0.01). TIMP-1 expression was significantly correlated with Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The microvessel density (MVD) of MMP-9 positive colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that of negative ones (P <0.01). Conclusion The expressions of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and microvascular angiogenesis are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer
