用苯基丙二酸、硝酸镉、邻菲啰啉为原料合成一个新的配合物[Cd2(phen)4(pmal)(H2O)].2NO3.5H2O(phen=邻菲啰啉,pmal=苯基丙二酸),用红外光谱和元素分析对所合成的配合物进行测试,X射线单晶衍射表征了化合物的结构.配合物属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶体参数为:a=1.308(4)nm,b=1.554(5)nm,c=1.692(5)nm,α=91.603(6)°,β=109.518(5)°,γ=113.712(6)°,V=2.915(16)nm3,Z=2,D=1.529 g/cm3.镉(Ⅱ)离子与4个氮原子和2个氧原子形成六配位,八面体结构.化合物通过氢键和π-π堆积作用形成网状的超分子结构.
A new complex [Cd2 (phen) 4 (pmal) (H2O)] with phenylmalonic acid, cadmium nitrate and phenanthroline was synthesized. 2NO3.5H2O (phen = phenanthroline, pmal = benzene The structures of the compounds were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The complexes belong to the triclinic and P-1 space group with the following crystal parameters: a = 1.308 (4) nm, b = 1.554 (5) nm, c = 1.692 (5) nm with α = 91.603 (6) °, β = 109.518 2.915 (16) nm3, Z = 2 and D = 1.529 g / cm3. The hexacoordination and octahedral structure of cadmium (Ⅱ) ion formed with four nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms. The role of network formation of supramolecular structure.
