分析了开发熔融碳酸盐燃料电池 ( MCFC)发电厂的必要性、可能性及资源条件。首次从电极、单电池、电堆、系统 4个层次阐述了 MCFC燃料电池的发电原理 ,并分析了 4个层次中发生的主要热、电过程 ;给出了有代表性的天然气 MCFC发电厂、煤气化 MCFC—燃气轮机—汽轮机联合发电厂的原理、构成和主要过程 ;介绍了 MCFC发电系统商业化的最佳容量、燃料选择、全球主要市场的前景、特点以及商业化存在的障碍。简要阐明了我国大力研究和开发 MCFC发电系统的现实意义。
The necessity, possibility and resource conditions for the development of a molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) power plant were analyzed. For the first time, the principle of power generation for MCFC fuel cells was described from the four levels of electrodes, single cells, stacks, and systems, and the major heat and electricity processes occurring in the four levels were analyzed; a representative natural gas MCFC power plant was given, The principle, composition, and main processes of coal gasification MCFC-gas turbine-turbine combined power plant; introduced the optimal capacity for commercialization of MCFC power generation system, fuel selection, prospects and characteristics of major global markets, and barriers to commercialization. A brief explanation of the practical significance of China’s vigorous research and development of MCFC power generation systems.
