最近,山东东营市公路管理局通过对全市公路系统326名女职工调查发现,在占全系统20%的女职工队伍中,有大中专学历的占总数的26%,高中学历的占25%,初中以下学历的占49%,有初级以上专业职称的占11%。从调查结果看,公路系统女职工文化水平严重滞后,知识结构极不合理,整体素质偏低。大部分女职工从事的是后勤工作,工作适应能力较差,对工作中出现的具体问题缺少预见力,工作中往往处于被动地位,跟不上形
Recently, Dongying City Highway Administration of Shandong Province, the city’s highway system by 326 female workers survey found that 20% of the system in the female workforce, with 26% of the total secondary school education, high school education accounted for 25% , Junior high school education accounted for 49%, junior professional title or above 11%. According to the survey results, the female staff in the highway system lags behind in their education level, the knowledge structure is extremely unreasonable and the overall quality is low. Most women workers are engaged in logistics work, poor adaptability to work, lack of foresight in regard to specific problems that arise in their work, and are often in a passive position in their work.
