目的探讨辅助生殖技术后应用黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶(商品名:雪诺同)对临床妊娠的影响。方法 180例接受治疗的体外受精-胚胎移植/卵细胞浆内单精子注射新鲜周期取卵术后患者作为研究对象,依据是否使用雪诺同将其分为对照组及观察组,各90例。对照组采用地屈孕酮片(商品名:达芙通)联合促性腺激素释放激素类似物进行黄体支持,观察组采用达芙通、促性腺激素释放激素类似物联合雪诺同进行黄体支持。比较两组患者的临床妊娠率、继续妊娠率、种植率、血孕酮(P)水平、血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平。结果观察组患者临床妊娠率为53.33%(48/90)、继续妊娠率为56.67%(51/90),均高于对照组的34.44%(31/90)、27.78%(25/90),差异均具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.520、15.395,P<0.05)。观察组患者种植率为(42.11±35.27)%、血P水平为(72.06±12.17)nmol/L、血β-HCG水平为(633.28±72.14)U/L,均高于对照组的(18.52±14.63)%、(43.58±10.52)nmol/L、(355.89±68.74)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.861、16.796、26.409,P<0.05)。结论在辅助生殖技术后应用雪诺同进行黄体支持,利于提高妊娠率,改善治疗结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of progesterone vaginal sustained-release gel (brand name: Snow promise) on clinical pregnancy after assisted reproductive technology. Methods One hundred and eighty patients undergoing in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer / oocyte intracytoplasmic sperm injection after fresh cycle oocyte retrieval were divided into control group and observation group according to whether Snow Snow was used or not. In the control group, dydrogesterone tablets (trade name: dafutong) and gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues were used for the corpus luteum support. The observation group received corpus luteum with daptophone and gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues in combination with snow nuova. Clinical pregnancy rate, continuous pregnancy rate, implantation rate, blood progesterone (P) level and blood human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) levels were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical pregnancy rate was 53.33% (48/90) in the observation group and 56.67% (51/90) in the continuing observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (34.44%, 27.78%, 25/90) The differences were statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 6.520,15.395, P <0.05). (42.11 ± 35.27)%, the blood P level was (72.06 ± 12.17) nmol / L and the blood β-HCG level was (633.28 ± 72.14) U / L in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (18.52 ± 14.63%, 43.58 ± 10.52 nmol / L and 355.89 ± 68.74 U / L, respectively. The differences were statistically significant (t = 5.861, 16.796, 26.409, P <0.05). Conclusions The application of Snow Connaught with corpus luteum support after assisted reproductive technology will help to improve the pregnancy rate and improve the treatment outcome.
