输尿管梗阻引起肾功能减退后，确定梗阻部位就有一定困难。最近我们以自旅回波磁共振尿路造影技术（SE－MRU）检查了3例病人，都取得了良好的结果。现将我们的初步经验报告如下。材料和方法3例病人做了MRU检查，此前先常规MRI检查。使用的是SIEMENSIMPACTI·OT超导型MR仪。体线
