设计了一种双旋流气动雾化喷嘴、中心点火的结构紧凑的小型预燃室。并利用数值和实验手段研究了预燃室内部流动特征、油雾的索太尔平均直径(Sauter mean diameter,SMD)及稳定点火范围。数值结果显示:由于采用双旋流设计,在气动雾化喷嘴出口处气流的周向速度很大,在轴向会形成一个稳定的回流区。实验结果显示:该预燃室气油流量比大于3.5时,SMD小于10μm;马赫数在0.37~0.84范围内,均可在一定余气系数内完成点火。
A double swirl aerodynamic atomizing nozzle was designed with a compact, compact pre-combustion chamber centered on ignition. The internal flow characteristics of the pre-combustion chamber, the Sauter mean diameter (SMD) of the oil mist and the stable ignition range were studied by numerical and experimental methods. The numerical results show that due to the double swirl design, the velocity of the air flow at the outlet of the aerodynamic atomizer nozzle is very large and forms a stable recirculation zone in the axial direction. The experimental results show that the SMD is less than 10μm when the gas-oil ratio of the pre-combustion chamber is greater than 3.5 and the ignition within a range of 0.37-0.84 with a Mach number.
