以爆炸性环境相关标准规定作为Ma级本质安全型矿灯设计的理论基础,分析了现行矿灯存在的差距,确立了Ma级矿灯电源的三级保护方案和对系统保护参数进行了优化设计,同时对罕见的电源故障也采取了应对措施。它将使我国矿灯的防爆类型由特殊型(ExsI Mb)提升到本质安全型(ExiaI Ma)。
Based on the relevant provisions of the explosive environment as the theoretical basis for the design of Ma-class intrinsically safe miner’s lamp, the gap between the existing miner’s lamps was analyzed, the three-level protection scheme for Ma-class miner’s lamp power supply was established and the system protection parameters were optimized. The power failure has also taken countermeasures. It will upgrade the explosion-proof type of mine lamp from ExsI Mb to ExiaI Ma.
