为了得到建筑功能、结构性能和经济性能最佳的设计方案,对多个方案进行比选是设计过程中重要步骤。在进行超高层建筑———上海陆家嘴时代金融中心结构设计方案的比选过程中,有5个不同材料的外框架体系可供选择,设计师通过对其进行安全性、工期、造价、使用空间方面比选,最终选择了钢-混凝土组合框架核心筒结构体系:其中核心筒体采用型钢混凝土筒体,外围框架下部为型钢混凝土框架,中间为混凝土框架,上部为钢框架的结构设计方案。并计算了不同钢结构层数对基础设计的影响。在进行4个桩基方案比选过程中,通过桩型、持力层和进入持力层深度的比较,桩型选用了灌注桩,并结合场地的地质条件,使用桩端后注浆技术,减短了桩长。
