本文在深入研究CCIR推荐的短波频率预测方法的基础上,根据近年来新的理论信息和数据资源,对CCIR推荐方法进行了改进。利用改进后的算法对某一短波通信链路进行了计算,将频率预测的结果与ITS软件预测值进行比较,并对预测频率的性能指标(如时间利用率、接收点信噪比等)进行了软件仿真。从仿真结果可以看出,通过改进算法计算所得的最佳工作频率的时间利用率和接收点信噪比优于原始的CCIR推荐方法。因此可以得出结论,本文提出的短波通信频率预测改进方法是有效的。
Based on the further study of the short-wave frequency prediction method recommended by CCIR, this paper improves the CCIR recommendation method based on the new theoretical information and data resources in recent years. The improved algorithm is used to calculate a short-wave communication link, and the result of frequency prediction is compared with the predicted value of ITS software. The performance indexes of prediction frequency (such as time utilization rate, signal-to-noise ratio of receiving point, etc.) Software simulation. It can be seen from the simulation results that the time utilization rate and signal-to-noise ratio at the best working frequency calculated by the improved algorithm are better than the original CCIR recommendation method. Therefore, it can be concluded that the improved method of short-wave communication frequency prediction proposed in this paper is effective.
