为探明Lanelate脐橙花芽分化规律,采用石蜡切片法观察其花芽的形态发生和结构发育过程,对各分化时期的特点进行研究。研究表明,在广西桂林地区气候条件下,Lanelate脐橙花芽分化从11月初花原基分化开始至次年3月雌雄蕊形成历时约5个月。分化初期、萼片分化期历时长,分化较慢,其它时期历时短,分化较快。大部分花原基是在12月下旬至1月上旬,旬平均温度为10.1~9.7℃时形成;萼片原基主要在次年1月下旬,旬平均温度为1.4℃时形成;花瓣、雄蕊及雌蕊则在次年2~3月,月平均温度高于11.23℃时形成。 In order to find out the law of flower bud differentiation of Lanelate navel orange, the morphological and floral development of flower buds were observed by paraffin section method, and the characteristics of each differentiation period were studied. Studies have shown that in the climate of Guilin, Guangxi, Lanelate navel orange flower bud differentiation began from the beginning of aprotinia in early November to March next year, the formation of pistils lasted about 5 months. In the early stages of differentiation, the sepals differentiated for a long period of time, differentiated slowly, and lasted for a short time in other periods with rapid differentiation. The majority of flower primordium was formed from late December to early January, and the average temperature was 10.1-9.7 ℃. The sepals formed mainly in the late January of the next year with the average temperature of 1.4 ℃ in ten days. The petals, stamens, Pistils in the second year from February to March, the average monthly temperature above 11.23 ℃ formed.
