广西地方志办公室与宁波大学联合在宁波大学举办地方志办公室主任、主编培训班,有几点收获和思考求正于方家。收获有三:一是拓展了探寻编修地方志工作方法、手段、途径的视野,启迪了修志理论和实践的思维;二是强化和加深了对地方志基础知识和地方志编修基本理论的认识;三是学习了外省的修志经验,领略了浙江省的历史文化。笔者最感兴趣的是外省第二轮修志工作实践的创新。其中杭州市《萧山区志》(萧山区原是县级市,所以又 Guangxi local history office and Ningbo University jointly held the director of local history office of Ningbo University and edited the training course.
