配制碳酸氢钠注射液一般需充二氧化碳。二氧化碳发生装置一般用启普发生器或采用磨口玻瓶上面安装一个分液漏斗或安全漏斗,玻瓶底部还需放些玻璃或瓷碎片。我院按上法发生二氧化碳时发现:(1)盐酸加入量少时,产生气体压力不够,进不到被充药液的瓶内;气体发生后,因瓶内气体压力与外压平衡,致使盐酸不能继续加入。(2)盐酸加入量多时,反应过于激烈,瓶内气体压力过大,使盐酸从安全漏斗上部冲溅出来,烧灼人体及衣物。经我院制剂室改进后,盐酸由注射器推入,解决了上述弊病,产生气体压力的大小由注射器推入盐酸多少来控制。操作简单,使用安全,甚为实用。装置如附图。

(2) When the amount of hydrochloric acid is too much, the reaction will be fierce and the gas pressure inside the bottle will be too large, causing the hydrochloric acid to splash out from the upper part of the safety funnel and burn the human body and the clothes. After the improvement of the preparation room in our hospital, the hydrochloric acid is pushed by the syringe to solve the above drawbacks, and the amount of gas pressure generated by the syringe into the number of hydrochloric acid to control.
