提高铜箔的切割质量一直是PCB生产的难题,为研发具有国际竞争力的铜箔切割机,以美国Rosenthal公司设计的剪刀式铜箔切割机的切刀机构为研究对象,详细阐述了切刀机构的运动原理,分析计算了机构自由度。利用空间机构运动学和数值计算的方法对切刀机构进行运动分析,推导出了切刀机构切割点运动参数的解析关系式。通过对铜箔幅宽为1 500 mm的切割机进行数值试验和仿真,提出了基于高速、高质量切割的切刀机构的运动特征,得到相关运动曲线及影响机构性能的易控参数。研究内容为铜箔切割机切刀机构设计参数的优化提供了依据。

The research content provides the basis for the optimization of the design parameters of the cutter mechanism of copper foil cutting machine.
