研究了C2Cl6除气剂-超声联合处理对铝合金(Al-3.06%Si,Al-3.21%Mg和2024合金)氢含量及2024合金力学性能的影响。结果表明:联合处理可大幅度缩短超声除气时间。联合除气后对2024合金力学性能影响很大:铸锭的抗拉强度及延伸率比未除气时分别提高了28.3%及92.3%(最大增幅),除气处理对2024合金的屈服强度影响很小,仅提高6.7%(最大增幅)。另外,除气后断裂方式从脆性断裂向微孔聚集型断裂转变,最终提高了力学性能。
The effects of C2C6 degasser and ultrasonic treatment on hydrogen content and mechanical properties of 2024 alloy were studied. The results show that the combined treatment can greatly shorten the time of ultrasonic degassing. After degassing, the mechanical properties of 2024 alloy are greatly influenced: the tensile strength and elongation of the ingot increase by 28.3% and 92.3% (maximum increase) respectively compared with those without degassing, and the effect of outgassing on the yield strength of 2024 alloy Small, only increased 6.7% (maximum increase). In addition, the fracture mode changes from brittle fracture to micropore aggregation fracture after degassing, finally improving the mechanical properties.
