我们应用日本协和发酵工业株式会社生产的左旋门冬酰胺酶治疗一例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病,引起过敏性休克经抢救成功,现报告如下。 1.病例介绍 患儿,男性,2岁半,因ALL予VDLP方案诱导化疗,于1999年11月8日、10日及12日各给予L—ASP10000KU,第一次用药前常规皮试呈阴性,同时口服强地松10mg,无任何不良反应,于1999年12月15日中午11:40再次予第二疗程VDLP的L—ASP剂量10000KU加10％葡萄糖注射液200ml静脉滴注,
