现代社会由于观念的转变,离婚自由的观念已被普遍接受,中国的离婚率在不断上升。离婚自由是男女双方的权利,但对于有未成年子女的家庭来说,父母的离婚自由可能会伤害到子女的切身利益。因此,通过完善父母离婚后对未成年子女的监护制度,给离异家庭的未成年子女提供有力的保护。
