目的探讨阿维菌素原药对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。方法阿维菌素设3个剂量组20、10、5mg/kg和阴性对照组,连续给昆明小鼠染毒28d,进行抗体生成细胞(PFC)和半数溶血值(HC50)测定来评价对体液免疫功能的影响;小鼠取血测WBC、TP、白蛋白(又称清蛋白,album in,A lb)、IgG、IgM。结果 20mg/kg组抗体生成细胞数(PFC)和半数溶血值(HC50)均明显降低,和阴性对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);20mg/kg组WBC、TP、ALB、IgG、IgM均比阴性对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维菌素原药对昆明小鼠的体液免疫功能有一定的抑制作用。
