肠管缺血可相继导致粘膜、粘膜下层及肌层的缺血性坏死,如不予治疗,终将学号起死亡.作者通过动物实验观察狗结肠缺血后肠内菌丛的变化及细菌侵至肠道以外部位的情况.方法:取9只狗,禁食24小时后剖腹,在回盲瓣以下15~20cm处对系膜侧纵行切开结肠约3cm,由此取粪便标本.然后结扎结肠总动脉、尾侧肠系膜动脉及边缘动脉(结扎点在与尾侧肠系膜动脉相汇点以下2cm处).产生缺血后,缝合结肠及切口,结束手术.术后24、48、72小时再分别切开结肠取粪便标本.每次标本各取6~12gm粪便,进行嗜氧及厌氧菌培养.另取狗5只,剖腹取门静脉及主动脉血样、肝组织及腹水,结扎血管导致结肠缺血如前.同样也在术后24、48、72小时再次剖腹取以上各种标本.各次剖腹经由不同切口进腹以减少创口感染及标本污染的机会.同时用2只狗分次采集血液、肝组织、腹
