锦屏磷矿东山自1964年试验采用有底柱分段崩落法,现已全面推广,至今已有二十多年历史。通过不断地探索实践,现已基本掌握了该法在本矿区应用的基本规律与适应条件。在中硬以上矿岩,该方案已充分显示了优越性,平均工效达15.10吨,工作面最高月生产能力为15336吨,已成为我矿高效、低耗和安全的主要采矿方法之一。矿石年采出量已占全区采矿总量的43.9％,对我矿东山矿区实现稳产、高产起了一定的作用。
The Dongping Mountain of Jinping Phosphate Mine has been experimentally used for the subsidence caving method at the bottom since 1964 and has now been fully popularized. It has more than 20 years of history. Through continuous exploration of practice, we have now basically mastered the basic laws and conditions for the application of this law in this mining area. The project has fully demonstrated the superiority of the mine rock with a hardness of more than 15.10 tons and the maximum monthly productive capacity of 15,336 tons. It has become one of the main mining methods with high efficiency, low consumption and safety. Annual ore production has accounted for 43.9% of the total mining area, mine in Dongshan mine to achieve stable production, high yield played a certain role.
