由于压铸工艺比离心铸铝工艺具有生产效率高,劳动条件好等优点,故小型电机铸铝将有压铸取代离心铸铝的趋势。但压铸技术的掌握与铸铝转子的质量有很大关系,为此,我厂对转子压铸质量进行了试验研究,首先以 JO2-61-4转子为突破口,该转子过去因质量不稳定而不能采用压铸方式生产。我们的试验是在 J1125A 冷室卧式压铸机进行。现将试验的情况和数据,提供交流参考。
