教师聘任制已成为公办高职院校人事制度改革的内在需求和主要方向,也是棘手难题。在分析公办高职院校实施教师聘任制现存的问题及产生根源的基础上,为推进公办高职院校教师聘任制的改革,从思想观念、岗位管理、竞争机制、绩效考评、分配激励、社会保障等方面进行了思考并提出建议。
