卵和它周围的一些细胞(放射冠)一起被排出卵泡的过程称为排卵。排卵是妇产科医生十分熟悉的现象,同时也是很值得深入研究的问题。妇科临床的某些疾病,如闭经、功能性出血、不育等,有一部分是由于卵巢生卵或内分泌功能紊乱所致;生殖生理科研工作以及畜牧渔业的繁殖中,常常需要促使动物多排卵或按期排卵;更为重要的是,为解决世界人口问题,开展计划生育工作的一条途径是如何控制或抑制排卵。因此,深入研究与排卵有关的各个方面是目前妇产科临床和计划生育工作者所关注的问题。本文拟就排卵的机理,排卵的调节,检测排卵以及抑制排卵和刺激卵巢以诱导排卵的方法做一简单介绍。
Ovulation is the process by which an egg is excreted from the follicle together with some of the cells surrounding it (corona). Ovulation is a very familiar phenomenon of gynecologists, but also worthy of further study. Some gynecological clinical diseases, such as amenorrhea, functional bleeding, infertility, etc., in part due to ovarian or endocrine disorders due to ovulation; reproductive physiology and scientific research and the breeding of animal husbandry and fisheries, often need to encourage animals ovulation or Ovulation on a regular basis; more importantly, one of the ways to carry out family planning work in order to solve the world’s population problem is to control or suppress ovulation. This article intends to make a brief introduction to the mechanism of ovulation, the regulation of ovulation, the detection of ovulation and the methods of inhibiting ovulation and stimulating ovary to induce ovulation.
