本文采用自编的高校毕业生就业挫折归因问卷和心理健康自评问卷,对470名高校毕业生进行问卷调查。发现高校毕业生就业挫折归因总体倾向于自我力量归因,全体被试者在外部力量归因因素上不存在显著差异,但在自我力量归因因素上,被试者在受教育程度上存在显著差异,在性别变量上不存在显著差异。因此,应加强高校毕业生就业挫折归因指导,优化归因策略,以提高心理健康水平。
In this paper, self-made questionnaire of employment frustration of college graduates and mental health self-assessment questionnaire, 470 college graduates were surveyed. Found that the employment frustration attribution of college graduates generally tend to attribution of self-power, all subjects attribution of external forces there is no significant difference in factors, but self-power attribution factors, subjects were in education level Significant differences in gender variables there is no significant difference. Therefore, we should strengthen the employment of college graduates attribution guidance, optimize attribution strategies to improve mental health.
