对两座5×104 m3立式金属罐(1201罐和1202罐)分别进行5次高低液位的手工计量与自动计量,并比较二者的油量计算结果。采用数理统计假设检验的方法对结果进行差异显著性判定,对影响计量结果的油高和油温分别进行对比。结果表明:在95%置信水平下,1201罐两种计量方式下的油高差异不显著,平均差异仅1 mm,油温差异显著,平均差异为-0.54℃,油量差值范围为2.814~29.225 m3,结果不存在统计意义上的显著差异;1202罐两种计量方式下的油高差异较显著,平均差异为27 mm,油温差异不显著,平均差异为-0.62℃,油量差值范围为36.172~97.017 m3,存在显著差异。在国家储罐自动计量标准尚未发布的情况下,可以通过手工计量对比自动计量结果,判定不同计量方式是否存在显著差异,检验自动计量结果的准确性。
Five 5 × 104 m3 vertical metal cans (1201 cans and 1202 cans) were manually and automatically measured at five levels, and the results of the two calculations were compared.
