事业单位的劳动关系使现阶段我国社会劳动关系的重要组成部门,其稳定性对于维护员工合法权益、构建和谐社会具有重要意义。在本次研究中,本文重点分析了视野单位劳动关系管理创新的相关问题,先阐述当前事业单位劳动关系管理中的常见问题,再提出相应的创新管理策略,希望能对相关学者工作有所帮助。
The labor relations of public institutions make the important part of the social labor relations in our country at this stage, and its stability is of great significance for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees and building a harmonious society. In this study, this paper focuses on the analysis of the relevant issues of labor relations management innovation in field of view, first describes the common problems in the labor relations management of the current institutions, and then proposes the corresponding innovation management strategies, hoping to help the work of relevant scholars .
