针对飞机蒙皮对缝阶差与间隙的数字化检测问题,以线结构光视觉测量技术为基础,提出了阶差与间隙测量模型,从阶差与间隙的尺寸和位置两个方面设计测量方法。使用线结构光视觉传感器完成阶差与间隙的尺寸测量,同时利用iGPS测量系统对视觉传感器的位姿进行实时跟踪测量,从而确定阶差与间隙的测量位置。通过试验验证了算法的正确性和稳定性,能够实现非接触、高精度测量:试验结果表明:5mm内阶差的重复测量精度优于0.04mm,间隙的重复测量精度优于0.05mm。
Aimed at the digital detection of the gap and gap of aircraft skin, the paper presents the model of step and gap measurement based on the line structure optical measurement technology. The measurement method is designed from the aspects of the size and position of the step and gap. The linear structure of the optical sensor is used to measure the dimension of the step and the gap. Meanwhile, the position and the position of the gap are measured by using the iGPS measurement system to track the position and orientation of the vision sensor in real time. The correctness and stability of the algorithm are verified through experiments, and the non-contact and high-precision measurement can be realized. The test results show that the accuracy of repeated measurement of 5mm inner difference is better than 0.04mm and the accuracy of repeated measurement of gap is better than 0.05mm.
