提出了电站汽轮机重要易损部件中止样本集寿命数据的预测模型,阐述了易损部件中止样本集寿命数据的威布尔分布检验、参数估计和寿命预测方法,给出了电站汽轮机重要易损部件可靠度、可靠寿命、平均寿命、检测周期和更换周期的确定方法和应用实例,并介绍了电站汽轮机重要易损部件寿命管理系统的功能.结果表明:电站汽轮机重要易损部件中止样本集寿命预测模型、方法和寿命管理系统不仅可以为电站汽轮机优化检修提供技术依据,而且能够使电站汽轮机重要易损部件的使用周期处于受控状态.
A prediction model of the life data of suspended sample sets for the main vulnerable components of steam turbines is presented.
