通过对学生思维品质和思维能力的分析,本文阐述了新教师激活学生思维的几点看法:设计最近发现区,让学生充分展现思维过程,挖掘知识内涵,培养数学兴趣,及时积极地评价学生回答,善于为学生“铺路搭桥”提供好问题,保护学生的独特见解,建立融洽的师生关系,并以教学案例的形式给予分析阐述.
Through the analysis of students’ thinking quality and thinking ability, this article elaborated several points of view of the new teacher’s activation of students’ thinking: designing the recent discovery area, allowing students to fully demonstrate the thinking process, tap knowledge content, cultivate math interest, and promptly and positively evaluate student responses. They are good at providing students with “professional bridges” to provide good questions, protect students’ unique insights, establish harmonious teacher-student relationships, and give analytical explanations in the form of teaching cases.
