随着弹药武器装备的更新换代,以及大量库存弹药接近或超过储存年限,部队报废弹药销毁任务量越来越大,伴随出现的事故也越来越多,从而对报废弹药销毁的安全性要求也越来越受到重视.本文从炸药装药爆炸能量出发,以某小口径弹药为例,通过计算破片和装药爆炸冲击波对炉壁的作用,分析研究该种报废弹药的销毁适用性.本文的研究成果,能够为部队小口径弹药销毁设备的研制和改进提供一定的理论支撑.
With the upgrading of ammunition and weaponry and equipment, as well as the large stockpile of ammunition approaching or exceeding the storage life-span, the task of destroying troops and units of scrapped ammunition is increasing. With the increasing number of accidents, the safety requirements for the destruction of scrapped ammunition More and more attention has been paid to it.According to the explosive charge of explosive charge, this paper takes a small-caliber ammunition as an example, analyzes the effect of fragmentation and charge shock wave on the furnace wall, and analyzes the destruction applicability of this type of ammunition. The research results can provide certain theoretical support for the development and improvement of the unit’s small-caliber ammunition destruction equipment.
