目的 探讨酞酸酯类化合物作用于果蝇引起组织中脂质过氧化产物增多的作用和机理。同时探讨VitC、VitE对这种作用的拮抗。方法 测定不同浓度邻苯二甲酸— 2 -乙基己基酯 (DEHP)染毒组果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ;再检测同时给予较高剂量DEHP和不同浓度的VitC和VitE的情况下 ,果蝇体内SOD活性和MDA含量。结果 喂以DEHP的雌、雄果蝇体内SOD活性明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,MDA含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;同时喂饲DEHP和VitC、VitE可使SOD活性升高 ,MDA含量降低。结论 DEHP可引发果蝇体内脂质过氧化作用 ,而VitC和VitE对这种影响有拮抗作用
Objective To investigate the effect of phthalate esters on the increase of lipid peroxidation products in tissues induced by Drosophila melanogaster. Also explore VitC, VitE antagonism of this effect. Methods The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in Drosophila melanogaster exposed to different concentrations of 2 - ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) were measured. The levels of DEHP And different concentrations of VitC and VitE in the case of Drosophila SOD activity and MDA content. Results The activities of SOD in the female and male flies fed with DEHP were significantly lower (P <0.05), and the content of MDA was significantly increased (P <0.05). At the same time, DEHP and VitC, Increased, MDA content decreased. Conclusion DEHP can induce lipid peroxidation in fruit flies, while VitC and VitE antagonize this effect
