在介绍几种常用的拟合离心泵流量-扬程性能曲线方法的基础上,重点讨论了指数回归分析方法和最小二乘法在性能曲线拟合中的应用,分析了利用Logest函数来拟合的指数回归分析方法的步骤和利用最小二乘法原理使用VB编程来拟合离心泵流量-扬程性能曲线的方法;对曲线拟合中的系数进行了求解和误差分析比较,证明2种拟合方法的计算精度均较高,而按照最小二乘法原理用VB编程拟合离心泵流量-扬程性能曲线的计算精度比指数回归分析方法的精度高得多。
Based on the introduction of flow-lift performance curve methods of several commonly used centrifugal pumps, the application of exponential regression method and least-squares method in performance curve fitting is mainly discussed. The index fitted by Logest function is analyzed. Regression analysis method steps and the use of least squares principle of the use of VB programming to fit the centrifugal pump flow - lift performance curve method; curve fitting coefficients were solved and the error analysis to prove that the two kinds of fitting method of calculation Accuracy are high, and in accordance with the principle of least squares method using VB programming to fit centrifugal pump flow - head performance curve calculation accuracy than the exponential regression analysis method is much higher accuracy.
