钢铁表面着彩色可使其同时具有良好的防护性和外观。通过实验研究出一种锌镍盐电解着色工艺。介绍了着色液中各成分的作用及影响着色膜颜色的各因素。采用扫描电子显微技术和光电子能谱分析了膜层形貌和成分。结果发现,pH 值、电流密度及着色时间是影响着色膜颜色的主要因素。着色后,钢铁表面铁含量下降。锌、镍和硫( 络合剂中元素) 含量增大。表明锌镍和络合剂、稳定剂的存在使得着色膜呈现彩色。
Steel surface with color so that it can have both good protective and appearance. A zinc-nickel salt electrolytic coloring process was experimentally studied. The effects of each component in the coloring solution and the factors affecting the color of the coloring film are introduced. The morphology and composition of the film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that pH, current density and coloring time are the main factors affecting the color of the colored film. After coloring, the iron content of the steel surface decreased. Zinc, nickel and sulfur (complexing agent elements) content increased. It is shown that the presence of zinc-nickel and complexing agents and stabilizers renders the colored films tinted.
