目的:建立夜宁糖浆质量控制的方法。方法:采取薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别首乌藤、甘草;采用高效液相色谱法(HPCL)法测定首乌藤中大黄素的含量。结果:薄层色谱特征斑点清晰,易于辨别,阴性无干扰。大黄素在20.48~204.8ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5;准确度为99.67%;重复性RSD为1.7%(n=6);耐用性:样品稳定性RSD为0.3%(n=6),不同柱型比较RSD为2.0%(n=3)。结论:本方法简便、结果准确、专属性强。
Objective: To establish the method of quality control of Yinning syrup. Methods: TLC and HPLC were used to identify Polygonum and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and HPLC method was used to determine the content of emodin in Polygonum villosum. Results: Thin-layer chromatography features clear spots, easy to distinguish, negative non-interference. Emodin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 20.48 to 204.8 ng, with r = 0.999 5; accuracy of 99.67%; reproducibility of RSD of 1.7% (n = 6); durability: stability of sample with RSD of 0.3% (n = 6), RSD was 2.0% for different column types (n = 3). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and specific.
