乳腺癌已成为全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,亦是女性最常见的肿瘤相关性致死原因。MR因软组织分辨力高、无辐射损伤等优势,在诊断乳腺癌方面的价值已得到广泛认同。DWI通过检测水分子在组织细胞内的扩散运动进行功能成像,无需注射对比剂,成像时间短。本文就DWI在乳腺癌中的临床应用进行综述。
Breast cancer has become one of the most frequently occurring malignant tumors in the world and is also the most common cause of cancer-related death in women. Because MR has the advantages of high resolution and no radiation injury, MR is widely recognized in the diagnosis of breast cancer. DWI performs functional imaging by detecting the diffusion of water molecules within tissue cells without the need for contrast media and short imaging times. This article reviews the clinical application of DWI in breast cancer.
