变性近视的血行形态及眼球后极部改变的临床研究

高度近视主要变化在黄斑,但很难发现其血行情形,现以高速摄影进行研究。(本文曾在23届世界眼科学术会上发表)。选600D以上近视共105眼,年龄20—68岁,全矫视力都在0.5以下,以大型眼底镜及萤光素眼底血管造影等方法研究。观察结果: (一)视乳头血行: 1、深层血管,认为是由脉络膜而来,因附近组织退行性变,故能在近视弧斑与乳头缘平行处可清楚看到Zinn-Haller血管环走行,血管向心入乳头深处,血管丰富,并有后睫状血管及脉络膜血管分枝混入乳头中。 The main changes in high myopia in the macula, but it is difficult to find the blood situation, are high-speed photography research.
