本文主要通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、观察法、专家访谈法等方法,以研究篮球运动和瑜伽运动的理论为基础。结合瑜伽运动的规律,将瑜伽运动在“身、心、灵”三个层面融入到篮球训练中的实际运用,本文旨在为进一步提高篮球运动员竞技水平,完善篮球运动的训练手段提供理论参考依据。
