超级电容器是近年来发展起来的一种新型储能装置。碳纳米管由于具有独特的中空管状结构、优异的力学、电学和化学性能而受到人们的青睐,被认为是超级电容器理想的电极材料之一。以碳纳米管为原料制备的碳纳米管纸既可以作为柔性储能电极中的支撑骨架,也可以构建优越的长程导电网络,提供储能活性位点,进而提高柔性储能器件的性能,在锂电池、超级电容器等储能器件中具有广泛的应用前景。本文回顾了碳纳米管纸柔性储能的背景,综述了以碳纳米管纸为基底,用作超级电容器电极材料的碳纳米管纸基柔性电极的制备、性能评价及进展。
Super capacitor is a new energy storage device developed in recent years. Carbon nanotubes are favored by their unique hollow tubular structure, excellent mechanical, electrical and chemical properties, and are considered as one of the ideal electrode materials for supercapacitors. The carbon nanotube paper prepared from carbon nanotubes can be used as a supporting skeleton in a flexible energy storage electrode and can also be used to construct a superior long-range conductive network to provide an energy storage active site and thereby improve the performance of a flexible energy storage device. Lithium batteries, supercapacitors and other energy storage devices have a wide range of applications. In this paper, the background of flexible carbon nanotube paper energy storage is reviewed. The preparation, performance evaluation and progress of carbon nanotube paper based flexible carbon nanotube paper as substrate materials for supercapacitor electrode materials are reviewed.
