为了在故障诊断中合理引入代价敏感机制来降低故障误诊断的代价,提出了一种结合证据理论的代价敏感加权故障诊断方法。该方法通过误诊断代价矩阵获取各故障模式误诊断的危害度,赋予不同的代价权重,并对证据理论的概率分配函数进行代价加权,将故障误诊断的代价作为权重合理融入诊断结果,从而实现了代价敏感机制在故障诊断中的有效应用。实验结果表明,结合证据理论的代价敏感加权处理能够使得故障诊断结果更倾向于高代价故障,所提方法可以有效降低故障误诊断的代价。
In order to reduce the cost of fault misdiagnosis reasonably by introducing cost-sensitive mechanism in fault diagnosis, a cost-sensitive weighted fault diagnosis method based on evidence theory is proposed. In this method, the degree of damage of misdiagnosis of each failure mode is obtained by misdiagnosing the cost matrix, different weight of weight is given, and the probability distribution function of evidence theory is weighted by the cost, and the cost of fault misdiagnosis is reasonably integrated into the diagnosis result as the weight so as to achieve Effective application of cost sensitive mechanism in fault diagnosis. The experimental results show that the cost-sensitive weighted processing combined with evidence theory can make the fault diagnosis result more inclined to high-cost fault, and the proposed method can effectively reduce the cost of fault misdiagnosis.
