目的 :研究茵陈有效成分对四氯化碳损伤的原代培养肝细胞活力及ALT含量的影响。方法 :采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法测定肝细胞活力 ,赖氏法测定培养液中丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)含量。结果 :菌陈有效成分Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ都能使四氯化碳损伤的肝细胞活力明显提高 ;培养液中ALT含量显著降低。结论 :菌陈有效成分Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ对四氯化碳损伤的原代培养大鼠肝细胞都有保护作用
Objective : To study the effect of the active ingredients of Artemisia capillaris on the viability and ALT content of primary cultured hepatocytes injured by carbon tetrachloride. Methods: The hepatocyte viability was measured by MTT colorimetric method, and the content of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the culture fluid was measured by Lai test. RESULTS: The effective components II, IV, V and VI of the bacillus cheni could increase the viability of hepatocytes damaged by carbon tetrachloride, and the ALT content in the culture fluid was significantly reduced. Conclusion: The effective components II, IV, V and VI of chenchen have protective effects on primary cultured rat hepatocytes damaged by carbon tetrachloride
