①目的探讨胰腺癌组织肿瘤性微血管(NMV)定量与其病理形态及生物学行为的关系。②方法采用免疫组化法检测第Ⅷ因子相关抗原的表达,对47例胰腺癌组织的肿瘤性微血管进行定量测定。③结果低分化腺癌微血管数量明显高于高分化腺癌,组织学分级Ⅲ级和临床晚期(Ⅲ,Ⅳ期)病人高于Ⅰ级和临床早期(Ⅰ,Ⅱ期)病人,差别均有极显著性(t=4.873,4.539,5.257,P<0.001)。④结论胰腺癌组织肿瘤性微血管生成与其组织学特征及生物学行为密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between quantitative tumor neovascularization (NMV) and pathological morphology and biological behavior in pancreatic cancer. 2 Methods The expression of VIII factor-related antigen was detected by immunohistochemistry and the tumor microvessels in 47 pancreatic cancer tissues were quantitatively determined. 3 Results The number of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma microvessels was significantly higher than that of well-differentiated adenocarcinomas. Patients with histological grade III and later clinical (stages III and IV) patients were higher than those of patients with grade I and early clinical stages (stages I and II). Significant (t=4.873, 4.539, 5.257, P<0.001). 4 Conclusions Tumorous microangiogenesis in pancreatic cancer tissues is closely related to histological features and biological behavior.
