用聚丙烯塑料袋代替玻璃瓶,制作香菇木耳菌种,现已推广应用,并取得了较好的效果。但套环扎口加棉塞较为麻烦,灭菌时塑料袋又常因挤压而变形。为了克服上述缺点,我们用上海生产的33×17厘米聚丙烯塑料袋,每袋装木屑培养料至袋高13厘米左右,相当于干料6～7两,装后压实,在中央打一圆孔,然后贴紧料面将袋口折叠起来,再用橡皮圈封扎(见照片)。
