在室内条件下,用~(32)P 标记过磷酸钙和磷酸铵,分别加入腐铵、硝基腐铵、氯化腐铵,利用土柱进行模拟试验。放射性测量及放射性自显影表明,各种腐铵均能抑制土壤对速效磷的固定,增加磷在土壤中向下移动的距离,与不加腐铵的比较,增加的幅度为1—3厘米。对过磷酸钙的效果优于磷酸铵。硝基腐铵与磷酸铵混合后施用,比硝基腐铵先与土混合后施磷酸铵,能促进有效磷向下层移动,种植小麦与不种植小麦条件下结果相同。
Under indoor conditions, the superphosphate and ammonium phosphate were labeled with ~ (32) P, respectively, with the addition of ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate and ammonium chloride, and the soil column was used for simulation test. Radiometric measurements and autoradiography showed that all kinds of ammonium could inhibit the fixation of available phosphorus in the soil and increase the distance of phosphorus from moving down in the soil, which increased by 1-3 cm compared with that without the addition of ammonium. The effect of superphosphate better than ammonium phosphate. After the mixture of nitro-ammonium and ammonium phosphate, the application of ammonium nitrate is better than the combination of ammonium nitrate and ammonium phosphate, which can promote the movement of available phosphorus to the lower layer. The results of planting wheat and non-planting wheat are the same.
