当我煞费苦心,思考着怎样写这篇文章时,已经22岁多了,而巴金创作《家》时也才27岁。仔细想来,尽管这里面有着历史环境、现实状况、时代不同等多种制约因素,但要让我们在5年的时间内去酝酿一部这样的巨著,我想我们谁也没有能力去获得巴金那种成就。的确,巴金创作《家》时,还很年轻,也正因为这种年轻,使他在烹饪这道“川菜”时,掌握和运用了与他的长辈和后辈都不同的火候,或深或浅,或高或低……参差了众人对他的评说,也悬殊了他与凡人的地位。众说纷纭之下,难分胜负之间,唯一可以肯定的是巴金尽到了一个文学家的历史责任,为中国和世界创造了伟大的文学艺术;也成就了一个能创作出《家》的青年人的时代高度,为后世之人指明了光辉的前程。
